1. Website Terms of Use

By accessing and using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All content, images, designs, and intellectual property on this site are the property of 300 DPI Limited (trading as CMYK.nz) and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without express written consent.

This website may collect personal information through contact forms and analytics tools. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

2. General Terms of Trade

These terms apply to all orders placed with CMYK.nz, whether online, via email, or in person. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

2.1 Order Acceptance & Proofs

Orders are subject to acceptance by CMYK.nz. While we typically provide a PDF proof before production, this is not always mandatory. CMYK.nz reserves the right to proceed to production without proof approval if required to meet tight deadlines.

2.2 File Specifications

Clients are responsible for supplying correctly formatted artwork. CMYK.nz is not liable for errors resulting from client-supplied files that do not meet print-ready specifications. Minor colour variation, trimming tolerance, and finishing differences may occur as part of the standard production process.

2.3 Refunds & Returns

Refunds or reprints will only be considered where CMYK.nz is found to be at fault. No refunds will be given for customer error, change of mind, or artwork-related issues.

2.4 Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of CMYK.nz until paid for in full. We reserve the right to reclaim unpaid goods at our discretion.

2.5 Payment Terms

• B2B clients with an approved credit facility: payment due on the 20th of the following month.
• New B2B clients without a credit facility: 7-day payment terms from invoice date.
• B2C and all online customers: payment required in full prior to production via our secure payment portal.

2.6 Overdue Accounts

Late payments will incur interest of 5% per month (calculated daily). In the event of non-payment, all reasonable debt recovery and legal costs will be added to the outstanding amount and become the responsibility of the debtor.

2.7 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

CMYK.nz reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

2.8 Amendments

CMYK.nz may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Please check this page periodically for changes.
